As an expert in residential service (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical), you bring troubleshooting, time management and communication skills. You have the ability and desire to go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service for our customers and team members.    

 

 Your Responsibilities! 

  

Field Support (90%) 

• Conduct daily ride-along with HVAC Field Technicians to provide support and timely guidance to ensure their success on client job sites. 
• Achieve daily sales and revenue targets by reviewing goals and allocating workload accordingly. 
• Provide Field Technicians with the tools, resources and, information to meet and exceed client expectations. 
• Understand your team’s strengths to assign the right technician to the right job in conjunction with dispatch. 
• Lead by example and inspire technicians to adhere to company policies and brand standards. 

 

Technician Support (10%) 

• Execute technician duties and responsibilities to ensure customer needs are met or to go the extra mile and ‘win the day’ (resulting in daily performance incentives). 

 

Your Qualifications! 

• 2-3 years’ experience in residential service (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) 
• Experience leading people is an asset. 
• Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. 
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. 
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. 
• Detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment. 
• Proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office Excel.
