Experienced HVAC Personnel Needed for a Growing Company To take on a newly created role as a Quality Control (QC) Supervisor for our installation department. 

We ask that you have some experience in HVAC or Refrigeration and dealing with AC along with Furnaces on a residential platform. 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following 

  • Positive Attitude 
  • Must Be A Team Player 
  • Attention To Detail 
  • High standards in workmanship 
  • Willingness to coach and help build up our current installers  
  • Put our customers first  

 

Day to Day Tasks 

  • Coordinating with the Installation Manager in ensuring all installs are completed with proficiency 
  • Be a lending hand when needed 
  • Ensure customer service and satisfaction  
  • Report any discrepancies or common mistakes to ensure we fix them, as a team 
  • Teach, learn and develop
