We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Lead Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

The Big Task 

A Sales Lead Coordinator is an essential member of the sales team. They help make attaining the sales target a reality by coordinating activities related to the company’s sales and by giving support to our Replacement Specialists. Although not directly responsible for selling, the Sales Lead Coordinator plays a significant role in ensuring a healthy customer relationship by acting as an extension of the sales force. Occasionally, a Sales Lead Coordinator may be tasked with training new employees. However, much of their job entails maintaining customer information, dispatching comfort advisors, tracking sales lead data to ensure maximum success of the team, updating customers throughout the day.

 

Key Sub Tasks 

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information 
• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions 
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested 
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems  
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports  

 

Great To Have 

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications 
• Knowledge with CRM software(s) 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Current Knowledge of the industry regulations and trends 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills 
• Strong Problem solving, organizational and administrative skills 
• The ability to make a connection with customers over the phone  
• Ability to be a team player
